The stage is all set for the most intriguing rivalry in cricket, The Ashes. Both the teams are sweating it hard in the nets to make an early impact. Ahead of the first test, the English soccer team took some time to wish Joe Root and his men with a unique video.
The English side was seen practising soccer at St.Georges Park. Stuart Broad and Joe Denly were seen trying to hit a goal past the goal-keeper, Paul Collingwood. As a part of the video, Joe Root could be seen asking Harry Kane and his men to help them out with their invaluable tips in the session.
The Ashes always mean a lot of pride for both the sides and Birmingham is set to host the first game. The series also marks the beginning of the ICC test championship. A month and a half of action await a lot of enthusiastic fans starting tomorrow.
Any tips, @HKane? 😅
